The sales page
A support pro arrives from your site, social, the Facebook group, or a search. This page does all the selling: what a listing is, both prices, who it suits, and the FAQ.
For Wendi and Charli
Nine links, two tiers, two different paths after payment. This page holds all of it so neither of you has to remember which page does what.

Step by step
Green means it exists and works. Orange means it still needs building.
A support pro arrives from your site, social, the Facebook group, or a search. This page does all the selling: what a listing is, both prices, who it suits, and the FAQ.
Every button on the sales page points here. It is short on purpose. Nobody fills out a long form before they know they are accepted. Submissions come to Charli.
Charli reads the application and answers either way. The approval email congratulates them and sends them to the pricing page to choose a tier. That page is live now, so the email is the only thing standing between an approval and a sale.
Watch out: this email carries the whole handoff. If it lands in spam, the sale is gone. Send it from a real address at charlijane.com, keep it plain, and ask them to reply if they have questions.
Flodesk template or Gmail template, not built yet
Only approved people ever see this, and it is set to noindex so it stays out of search. It opens on being approved, makes the emotional case, has a calculator that puts the price against their own hourly rate, and a three question helper that recommends a tier. Both tier buttons go to SamCart. Annual is an option on the checkout page itself rather than a separate button.
This is the link Charli puts in the approval email.
Each checkout carries its own tier logo, its own benefits, and its own three steps, because what happens after payment is different for each.

This is the part that gets confused most often. The two tiers go to two different places.
No account, no hub. A landing page with every link they need to get started.

Wishlist Member registration on the Charli Jane domain. The hub itself still needs building.

The long one. This is where everything you need to build their profile page comes from. The application does not collect it, which is why nobody is asked for it until after they are in.
Their Profile Experience gets built from the intake form, they approve it, it publishes, and they get added to the directory search. Three are live already: Gladys, Vanessa and Charli.

Ordered so nothing waits on something that has not happened yet. Your checkmarks save in this browser, so yours and Charli's are separate lists.
Nothing else can happen until these are done, because the approval email cannot be sent without them. The pricing page is now live, so the emails are the last blocker.
Still open
Backstage and the directory are two different audiences. The sales page is for professionals who want listing. The directory is for speakers looking to hire.
They never get an account, so the intake form is the only route. The welcome page needs to make that unmissable, not a link buried halfway down.
Right now there is not one. It is the easiest money in this whole build and it does not exist.
Three profiles are live. The directory reads fine at three because it is a search rather than a grid, but launch week traffic will judge it.
